The Biden comparison is hogwash, since Hillary in the same county [Kent] got 50,000 less votes only 4 years earlier.

We'll see if the Cheatocrats get out the extra 40,000 "votes" they got in Kent for the 3rd in an off-year, with a lily-white socialista [and that inspiring name, Hillary!] running against an intelligent black Republican.
