‘Made His Bed With The Fascists’: Democrats Implode Over Andrew Yang Creating A New Political Party. Yang co-published an op-ed with former Republican New Jersey Governor Christine Todd Whitman and former Republican Congressman David Jolly on Wednesday, announcing their creation of the “new Forward party.” This merges three separate movements run by the three founders, all claiming to unite Americans from all ends of the political spectrum.
Swamp the Drain
The new Bull Moose or Coffee party? I actually didn’t dislike this guy because he was honest. He was wrong, but he was honest.
How many times has the presence of Libertarian candidates thrown elections to DemocRats that would otherwise have been won by Republicans? Did DemocRats ever complain about that?
This is no different, but since it might benefit Republicans, the Rat party is all upset.
Democrats will punk them just like they punked the Green Party by disqualifying them off any ballots in contested states. They will try to placate them with some empty lip service about allowing them to run in California or Massachusetts but they will go to court to ban them from any swing state and ultimately any relevancy.
Hoping it works the other way.
rat light party
Yeah, it’s all good.
A new version of the old.
“Forward” = “Progressive”
For many years after the Civil War, up until about the time of President Eisenhower, neither Wisconsin nor New York State had a viable Democrat party. There were only the Republican “Old Guard” and the “Progressive Republicans” as political parties. The “Progressives” voted regularly with the Democrats all through FDR’s New Deal, and were in fact leaders in getting most of the New Deal through, over the objections of the old Southern Democrats.
This is just a rebirth of the old “Progressives”, most of whom left the Republican party altogether and went over to the Democrats, while simultaneously, many of the “Old South” Democrats became “Dixiecrats”, even a few actually turning Republican, though this was no great shift. The next generation of Southern political figures became steadfast Republicans, and they have not looked back since. This was the “New South” brought into being.
Nice. Home for the RINO’S we’re purging, good riddance to bad rubbish.
I thought Andrew Yang was a socialist. Or am I thinking of the wrong person?
In 2011, Yang was named a "Champion of Change" by the Obama administration.
The letter after the name means jack anymore.
The only reason political parties are still allowed to exist is to give voters the illusion of choice.
A pol is either loyal to our former republic or to Deep State.
Yang is Deep State’s.
I just saw a new Meetup group in San Antonio called “Forward.”
True, the Greens put GWB into office.
