Details surrounding the United State's killing of of al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahiri raises new questions, Rep. Mike Waltz, a former Special Forces officer who served in Afghanistan, told Fox News.

"Number one, what was the leader of al-Qaeda doing in Kabul?" Waltz asked. "And from what I'm hearing from a number of folks, both in Afghanistan and in the intelligence community, he's been there for some time. So, what did the Taliban promise him?"

"Why did he feel so comfortable to really be out in the open?" the Florida Republican continued, noting that al-Zawahiri had been in hiding for years.

Why did he go to Kabul?

Better question is why not?

Tourist attractions galore. Restaurants with seven totally different goat entrees. Shops found at Ganjina, Faizabad Chowk and Kabul City Center have clothes, jewelry and gift items.
A reviewer said about Kabul City Center:
The most visited shopping area in Kabul is found on “Chicken St.” It is lined with small shops and vendors hawking all sorts of things for sale. Be careful of some of the small statues and decorative pieces as many are not authentic and just cheap items made in China.

Just noticed this:
Travel Note: It is currently recommended to avoid all travel to Afghanistan due to civil unrest, armed conflict, and serious safety risks.

“ Biden, while defending his decision to withdrawal U.S. troops from Afghanistan, said al Qaeda was no longer in Afghanistan.”

Safe and effective

2 Questions

We believe this was actually him because..?

Should we be continuing to launch strikes into Afghanistan (or anywhere else for that matter) at will?

We got to see Solameinis remains. Curious that they never showed Bin Ladens before he was supposedly buried at sea.
