For some reason, we no longer cared about Annex B after bombing the daylights out of Serbia for 78 days, as the Kumanovo Agreement was very much the same as Rambouillet, but minus that pesky Annex B.

Albright was as Nuland is, even now, and the sponsored and assisted "revolutions" all seem to add to the "things that make you go 'hmm." 110 of about 194 countries "recognize" Kosovo in principle, but Islamic nations are among those not joining in this ostensible ethnic state. Brookings laughingly calls Kosovo a "partially recognized" state. Probably like being partially pregnant....
