I hope there are contingency plans in place in case the a-holes running these cities simply ignore these rulings.

There is no way to get the folks already registered off the voter rolls. That will be another half decade of litigation.

This move will save the city of San Francisco a good amount of money as the polls will shut down early each day. If you tack on to that the amount of immigrants in the city, 31%, then better than half may not be able to vote. They can list the pollsters as part time and rent to the entrepreneurs that are panhandling in places like Golden Gate Park, the bus stations, and Berkley.
