I mostly don’t go to bars, and rarely drink alcohol. And IIRC, Trump doesn’t drink. But I could always imagine sitting with him in a bar atmosphere place, and just chatting about what is wrong and right with the USA. I always felt that he had some connection, in his soul, to “common” people.

That is what I have read about some of our early Presidents - Washington Jefferson, Adams and others. They would drink with the common man at taverns.
