This is what happens when Republicans help Democrats spend money that will fuel more inflation.

These are the same people who told us -

Masks would stop the spread

Vaccines would stop the virus

Green energy would easily replace fossil fuels

Biden would unite the country and bring stability

2020 was the most safe and secure election in our history

and that two quarters of negative growth is not a recession

.....

Given the track record above (and it is a much longer list), why would anyone believe them?

This actually one of the few smart posts in this thread. I think you might be too optimistic about the Senate, given such dismal candidates, but we will see.

“ Ohio is 100% republican. The other two could go either way. We’ll pick up NV and good chance at AZ. Senate is going to be somewhere between 51-49 either way. Won’t matter with a GOP House. Hoping we end up at 51-52, but the landscape will depend on how big the wave is.”

Ohio isn’t 100% republican. The other senate seat is occupied by the Democrats. JD is going to need a miracle.

“ Do you trust Rasmussen , I don’t”

We’ve got to stop writing off polls we don’t like. Rasmussen has been better than most. We are in the midsts of the media and democrats’ full court press to win in November. The China trip, taking out the terrorist, the phony votes congress are all designed to make Joe and democrats look good. I’m sure it’s beginning to work.

This is actually probably a very accurate poll despite what some on here claim. Inflation is only going to help the R’s in the house but I see inly a 15-20 seat gain at the most. That will be enough to give R’s House control but with very little margin. The R’s have run an all-time bad campaign this year all-around, a complete WHAT NOT TO DO for future elections.

Correct! And an all-time bad effort on our part choosing candidates and own-goals like Roe v Wade reversal. I’ve come to the conclusion that there are as many morons on our side as theirs and when these folks try to debate for us on other sites that independents visit, it makes us look bad!

Roe V Wade needed to be reversed. 9 men in robes do not write law in a constitutional republic. If THAT is what is causing people to turn toward the democrats than the USA is already too far gone.

It’s all about timing in politics...do this next year! Also abortion has been a hot button topic and has impacted elections for decades, so it can be argued that we are already in rot and are trying to dig our way out!

Do you trust Rasmussen , I don’t

Historically, Rasmussen was the pollster conservatives most trusted.

Yes, I trust the poll. Big Media, Big Tech censorship, changing demographics, woke schools and universities -- this nation no longer has a large, conservative Silent Majority. (Was it George Wallace or Spiro Agnew who coined that phrase?)

I can easily see the Republicans' lead whittled down to where election fraud will close the gap for Dems.
