“ Yep. Putin killed the golden goose”

Russian auto production down 97%, this year.

Putin did that.

We need a Putin sticker, like the Biden one, because there is going to be a lot to point to. We will need a brief meme.

Nat Gas is actually quite abundant.
The problem is getting it from A to B.
Moving it around is inconvenient.

With a good LNG transport infrastructure, there will be lots of suppliers.

Have you ever studied strategic and psychological warfare?

If so, I would like to know what the hell your counter strategy is to keep from freezing, generating power, and keeping the support of the people over the next six months.

You'll notice that not a single one of these LNG Pollyannas ever mentions the price of the natgas from various alternate sources.

It's always some virtue-signaling BS about "doin' right by the Ukraine".

Henry Hub [piped natgas] is at 8.00 per mmBtu.

TTF LNG is at 60.00 per mmBtu.

I always choose the gasoline station that sells for 7 times as much as the one across the road...

Not.

Nuclear power plants in Ukraine supply electricity to Europe - put that into the mix.

“TTF LNG is at 60.00 per mmBtu.”

In case people are wondering, you simply divide the price of natural gas in million BTUs by 7 to figure out the per-gallon price, for the equivalent fuel in terms of crude/diesel/heating oil, as a gallon of each one of these is about 140,000 BTUs.

Also keep in mind that this is the Wholesale price, and does not include taxes, distribution, or downstream markups.

That's why I pinged you, because you did the work to make the comparisons and conversions understandable.

Thanks!   ROFL face

They think new LNG plants, tankers and terminals can just be made to appear,

I'm a logistics guy.

I believe in making things magically appear at the correct time by thinking and planning ahead, unlike the Ukie Hopium children.
