A 737 to Taiwan?
Yes, it is odd.. however, pelousy was supposed to leave at about this time and there don’t seem to be any other aircraft that have departed Andrews that fits the bill. Range of the 737-700 is 4000 miles - stop in San Fransicko?
Other possibilities - she chickened out, and this flight is not going overseas. Or, change of aircraft on the west coast.
At 1 AM, this flight is over Wyoming, 34,000 feet.
