Not much risk as recipient already had HIV. More probably won’t do more harm. How they handle the additional immunosuppression for the transplants may be a problem, but if they were likely to die soon from status quo, probably low on the transplant risk otherwise because of their HIV and nobody else wanted the HIV tainted organs there was little to lose directly. Might have third party payors complain about funding it.
