SCOTUS has already settles the issue. Makes no difference what law Congress passes and signed by Biden.
Expect a direct petition to SCOTUS and and a very quick decision declaring any such law unconstitutional.
Never count on SCOTUS to do the right thing. Never assume that.
This must be killed in the Senate. If not, then there is absolutely no reason to vote for the R’s ... we might as well stay home and clean the rifles and prepare with other like minded individuals.
