Again, you won’t hear about it from the Western/EU/US propaganda-ridden media....but they are indeed being reported on various social platforms, local media sources, etc.
They’re reporting on US and Western veteran volunteers in adhoc uniforms. There are thousands of them in UKR. Some even have YouTube channels or appear on them such as Speak The Truth.
There is no-way-in-H the State Department would permit Active Duty military inside Ukraine. Russia would have to invade a NATO member first. That is why Russia’s neighbors clamor to join NATO.

Looks like the U.S. has decided to join the battle in Ukraine. At least as far as the Himars are concerned.
Experts had suggested that the Ukrainians would not be experienced enough to use this tech efficiently....

Our source in the OP said that the US sent a whole group of regular military personnel to ensure the effectiveness of the transferred MLRS. They perform a number of key tasks to coordinate work with data from NATO satellite intelligence and upload accurate coordinates to the MLRS software, which allows the Armed Forces to effectively launch missile attacks on military targets. Several instructors from the USA are assigned to each machine, they must control the operation of the MLRS and prevent the loss of classified information, as well as monitor the constant shifting deployment.
