All that 9mm ammo being purchased at today’s high prices, and used (not stolen I hope).
And all that 9mm brass to pick up for scrap metal recycling. (Note: MN does not have can and bottle recycling fees). Enterprising States would put recycling fees on cartridges, so many cents per case. Chicago, NY, LA, etc. need to consider this.
