Not only is Mohammed Oz NOT a Pennsylvanian, he’s not even an American. Yeah, sure, people will say that JUST because he was born in Cleveland Ohio, that automatically makes him an American citizen. Neither one of his parents were American citizens when he was born here. In fact, both parents are now back in Turkey. Oz, is an anchor baby. He served in the Turkish military. What kind of American “citizen” serves in a hostile foreign army? The original intent of birthright citizenship clearly did NOT allow children of “immigrants” to be automatically declared citizens. The democrat courts have bastardized the true definition of the birthright laws.

So if you go by the original definition, Oz was/is NOT really an American citizen. He only has became one through naturalization. He is not qualified to be a USA senator. Pennsylvanians MUST vote third party and not allow a Recep Erdogan acolyte into the USA senate.

I am not necessarily arguing with your assertion with regard to birthright citizenship. By the original definition Oz would likely not be a “natural-born citizen”. However, even a naturalized citizen or a citizen by way of a law passed by Congress can serve as a US Senator. There is no such restriction as with the Presidency.
