Note when you say “NSA”, there’s the military human side and the military machine side.

It is the NSA machine side that records everything about us. The human side needs a court warrant to listen in on us if we are domestic based.

If we are US persons traveling outside US jurisdictions, we can be tracked and recorded without warrant. Foreign persons, can be recorded and tracked anywhere.

The machines though, are allowed to record anything, in any place.

But there is a new issue to debate the philosophy of, a merging of NSA’s listening and tracking technology with AI.

You write, “It is the NSA machine side that records everything about us.” And in the next sentence you add what everyone believes, “The human side needs a court warrant to listen in on us if we are domestic based.”
Realistically, if the NSA has recorded our calls they can hold those calls until Gabriel sounds his trumpet or Big Brother gets nosey; and nosey it is right now as it digs through Secret Service calls that occurred around January 6.
