IIRC a while back we discusse the amount of +10 magazine sales in Oregon. Or maybe it was Washington. In either case, it looks like millons of +10 mags will grandfathered in.
You can only use grandfathered high-cap mags at authorized firing ranges. You can’ use them in CCW handguns nor take them when you go camping.
