Drug dealers should receive life in jail with no possibility of parole.
If no bail is posted how does the bounty hunter get paid?
Bump for reference. Yes, Virginia, there is a gang drug problem that no one wants to confront.
Dems and our corrupt judges and prosecutors:
“But they promised.”
No Worries... I am sure they have learned their lessons, turned over a new leaf, and are serving their communities in fine democRAT style. I suspect they, as many people who have earned a large sum of money, are trying to ‘give back’ to their communities by organizing get out the vote campaigns, harvesting ballots to support those wonderful RATS who no longer support prisons, jail (and really hate the bail system).
Any kind of burglary and assault is just retroactive reparations. If some people will not ‘give back’ to their communities, these righteous warriors for equality, equity, and large freezers full of expensive ice cream will make sure all is equal.
Would your proposition include the legal drug dealers?
Jurisdictions don’t set bail to ensure those charged with crimes return for trial, they set bail to ensure they won’t come back to the jurisdiction and will instead be someone else’s problem.
What is the name of the “judge” that ordered the release?
Low Risk = CASH
For now, just the peddlers of street drugs.
I’m shocked. These might even be the same kind of people who have guns when they’re not supposed to. You know ... criminals.
“Did they get their drugs back ?”
They are probably hiding from the people who paid for them.
