That’s all you have to win in Maryland. Win Prince George’s, Montgomery County and Baltimore and you have basically won the state. Some southern and western counties hardly have any population. Win Baltimore and D.C. suburbs in Maryland and you win the state.

You probably should never visit Western Maryland, then.I have many times. I lived 36 years in Fairfax County. Yes, there are Rep areas of MD just like there are in CA.
MD house of Delegates--99 Dems to 42 Reps
MD state Senate--32 Dems to 15 Reps
MD Congressional Delegation: 2 Dem Senators; House members: 7 Dem, 1 Rep
MD is a solid blue state.
