See my above posts. The only one that gets close is the ability of the Undersecretary of Transportation can 'coordinate' transportation. It's a very broad statement but I believe any court in the land would clobber any attempts to abuse it. As for commerce, there are no powers available to the president, at all.

Yeah, but as you have no doubt noticed we're not such a loveable lawful nation with a tenacious view of due process any more. What I'd expect is for any local, county or state despots to leap onto the bandwagon for anything Biteme pulls out of his ass, as backed and promoted by the bully pulpit enemedia.
