Having some familiarity with cargo artillery rounds, they make our B52 carpet bombings an antiquated weapon of the past, and at a fraction of the cost. Himars ( the now reported 18 sent to the Ukies- 1/3 of the US inventory) are an expensive show, I guess senile Joe feels we will not ever need them…taxpayers think differently.
