I remember when queers weren’t allowed to teach. The first one I remember was 1973, a dyke gym teacher. About a third of the girls in that class graduated thinking they were lezzies.

Think about this: It’s totally inappropriate to talk about sex and gender in corporate America today, yet in US public schools these “teachers” are going out of their way to openly encourage and condone sexual deviancy in children.

I think it sets the wrong mindset, I’m sure there’s plenty of teachers that understand their role but it seems as though a new generation of young teachers seem to think parents shouldn’t have a say in their kids education and that “my kids will learn the values I tell them”.

If I had a customer that didn’t believe I was doing the job they expect, I wouldn’t have that customer very long.

I must confess that I can’t imagine any school district around here that would hire a freak like the one shown here, or one that would keep her on after proclaiming herself to be openly queer. It takes five years to get tenure here and before tenure they don’t have to give any reason for not rehiring you for the next school year.

But I live in a fairly conservative part of a conservative state. If she were my kid’s teacher, I’d ask for my kid to be transferred to a class taught by a normal teacher. The fact that she’s unhappy with her colleagues’ reactions shows there are still normals working at her school.
