Undortunately, there really is only one way to totally destroy these leftist orgs but that harkens back to the middle 1800s.
It’s like the orcs and trolls are having a civil war. Good! May they make themselves miserable.
My nephew who has worked for years for one of these non profits for Gaia worship is starting to come around and see the light. He’s always been a bit idealistic but was not just a Democrat Party activist.
Anyway, the group he’s in a management position with became fat and bloated and was hemorrhaging cash. So he had to take a few modest steps to at least slow down the rate of spending including reducing a few perks. The Wokester college age kids under him went ballistic calling him all sorts of names, posting crap about him online, trying to get him fired, etc etc. (Gee, who didn’t see that one coming).
He and I met for dinner one night about 6 months ago. I was explaining to him how the “Right” right now includes people who would have been called liberals 10-15 years ago. For example:
-Pro free speech
-anti war
-suspicious of the 3 letter agencies
-for women’s sports (ie real actual women)
-for energy independence - which goes hand in hand with being anti war
- for securing the border (doesn’t crush the working class with a flood of cheap labor)
- for fair trade rather than “free” trade (see above)
- think monopolies (like Big Tech) need to be broken up
- suspicious of big pharma
- think the media should investigate government and expose government malfeasance rather than be mouthpieces for the government
- think people should be judged by the content of their character rather than the color of their skin
- against segregation
- against racial discrimination
- for election integrity (paper ballots, no mass mail in voting, etc)
You’re now a “Right Winger” if you support any of the above. ALL of these were supported by the Left my entire life until the last 10-15 years.
We also agreed the Left has gone completely insane and WILL eat their own. He told me its already happening. I told him he’s far more of a populist (like me) because we both agreed on all of the above.
You said “birthing sisters” instead of birthing people. You might have given yourself away. Work on perfecting your cover a little better. :^)

One more thing for your reversing of the political poles...it used to be that radicals questioned authority, now they obey authority. Back in the day, The Who sang We're Not Gonna Take It at Woodstock. Now, Dave Grohl and Flu Pfizers play at concerts to people with vaccine passports who want to "be safe."
What you have is competing factions (environmentalists, feminists, trans-rights, blacks, pro-immigrant, etc) competing for funding and legislative attention.
You also have factions that do not get along well (trannies vs women who don’t like people with penises in their locker rooms; white people who don’t like getting mugged and their neighborhoods burned).
And finally, you have the fact that a lot of these Leftists are just batshit crazy.

The woke eating the woke and their massive adherence to strict “diversity, equity & inclusion” agendaa will only produce worse leadership and management, and even more radical, as the non-merit based leadership and management will have to get more radical and militant to defend why they got their positions. More of the woke will wind up waking up to actual reality, and see the wokeness they espoused as a sham.

These groups don’t produce anything of value. From the article, they get most of their funding from foundations. That means that each group is competing with all the others for funding from the same pool.
Stop in at Reddit, and you can watch leftists tearing themselves apart, calling their “comrades” vile names and threatening each other.
The corporate left and/or Democrats are about "rule AND ruin".
Every marxist “advocacy group” is a democrat money laundering organization that will continue to get taxpayer “grants” to keep their organizations running.
