—> Too bad Rush never used his voice and money to do anything substantial, politically speaking.
Yes, he could’ve rushed into the burning fire himself and been unable to put it out…
OR
Rush could wake up 10 million sleeping firemen and save the country.
He did the second with “talent on loan from God.”
I was actually an audience member on one of his tv episodes.
He signed his book for me, while on set
To see him in real life, up close was awesome!
He is Soooo missed!!!
Dan Bongino is good. Not Rush, but good. Give him a listen.
He had a separate building (across the street or down the street) where all the mail went & was opened & checked. I heard this when he was talking about something special he had received - guy at mail facility called him to tell him about it. I’m sure he had layers of security & his mail arrangement was part of it.
Rush is on my list as one of the 5 greatest Republicans in my lifetime.(I was born in 1971)
All these guys are human and have their flaws.
So in no particular order.
1) Trump
2) Reagan
3) Nixon
4) Limbaugh
5) Gingrich
I loved how Rush destroyed liberals.
One of my criticisms of him is he seemed to be a Free Trade ideologue. Free Trade ideology is bad for industry & manufacturing in the USA. If De-industrialization continues, we’ll become second rate power like the British.
since some crazy lib is probably buying it just to tear it down... i’d double the price and know Rush would enjoy one last dig at a lib
I haven’t listened to talk radio since he left.
scorching air up from North Africa
It's good to have a plan.
I was just having the same thought. I miss listening to Rush so much. I was thinking maybe putting out CD of some of his greatest shows. There were times when he was on a roll that I laughed my butt off.
In the mid 90’s it was Rush that gave me the courage to start my own business! This has supported my family to this day! God rest his soul!
🙄
Surely you jest. Rush was just brilliant and changed many lives.
Rush was just the best political commentator and his humor was the best.
Maude Behar was my all time favorite. Oh, how I miss him.
The: "tear it down," is a political statement, i.e. a liberal rag saying anything "RUSH," put his hands on, isn't worth shite.
Now if Rush was a Red Diaper Doper Baby, the liberal rag would be praising the design etc.
Nobody, but nobody is going to fork over that type of money, and than yell for the Bulldozer's to start tearing it down.
Not, Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, et. al. They will do the old yes we're going to redo some of the bathrooms to our liking, same for Master Bedroom, & Kitchen.
The song and dance reference the new owner's whenever that should occur: Well after having the place inspected by my inspection team, we've come across some thing(s) that need immediate attention, blah ,blah blah.
Never mind, any idiot knows that inspections are almost done before purchase. Except when your looking to lowball a property, and state something along the lines well don't have the time to get a inspection done, so I'm going to offer you a number a lot lower than your asking price, etc.
The annoying Barbara Walters asked him about running for office and why he hadn't done it. He thrust out his right hand quickly, palm up. "That's why. As soon as you get involved in politics someone demands favors for giving you funding and then expects returns so you get tied up with doing what they want and not what you got into politics to do with your life."
He inspired and influenced millions of people and that meant a lot to America.
“but real estate agents say it might be TORN DOWN by new owner”
His enemies are bitter!
I think Steve Bannon is doing a great job, he is the ONLY one I look forward to listening to everyday like I did with Rush!!
We disagree. I’ll give examples. One national a few State and a number of locals. Andy Biggs, twenty five in the State Legislature, and enough local School Board members so far, to sway the vote in the right direction. There are thousands of others, just not quite enough at any level to turn the tide of the manure tsunami we are presently called to endure. Kind of like R v W being the straw that could lead to another Civil War. Civil got nothing to do with it.
