Propagating a very blatant and profoundly egregious untruth.
Long hair, fake boobs, and “emasculation” by hormones and surgical intervention do not, cannot, and never shall erase the very basic evidence written on every cell nucleus of the human body. XY cannot be changed into XX with even the most delicate surgery. The only “transgender” possible is to either change a biological male into a neuter, or a biological female into a neuter. No further transformation is possible, and why it should be even desirable is a question WAY above my pay grade.
