They have 6000 nuclear weapons pointed at us. That fits the dictionary definition of enemy. They make overt and oblique threat to use them on a consistent basis.
I'm not sure that's the "dictionary definition."
Anyway, we have nukes pointed at them. And we've had nukes pointed at each other for some 70 years. It hasn't proven to be a problem.
But we do have real problems, more pressing and immediate problems as I listed above.
How about we focus on those first?
