A Texas politician has revealed that the Uvalde cop seen checking his phone in the early stages of the Robb Elementary School massacre is the husband of slain teacher Eva Mireles.
She was one of the 21 people who were killed by crazed gunman Salvador Ramos at Robb Elementary School on May 24.
In the footage of the shooting that was leaked on July 12, Officer Ruben Ruiz was shown entering the school and checking his phone. He was one of the first group of officers to respond to the initial 911 call.
The day after the leak, Texas state Rep. Joe Moody tweeted the picture of Ruiz on his phone and wrote: 'This is the husband of teacher Eva Mireles, who contacted him on his phone from her classroom while he was on-scene to say that she’d been shot and was dying.'
Moody, a Democrat from El Paso, is a member of the The Texas Investigative Committee on the Robb Elementary Shooting.
In June, it emerged that Ruiz had been restrained by other officers and even had his gun taken from him in order to prevent him from attacking Salvador Ramos.

The full video of the horrific Robb Elementary School massacre is due to be released on July 17.

The colonel added: 'As he tried to move forward into the hallway, he was detained and they took his gun away from him and escorted him off the scene.'

Despite not reciting the exact words used by Mireles, Mitchell said: 'He's outside hearing his wife: 'I'm dying.'

She is thought to have been killed while trying to protect her students.
Ruiz is a 16-year veteran of the Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District police force.

So when can we call this a False Flag ?
Give officer Ruiz the option of carrying out the executions.

"Close to the end of the stand off, Uvalde County Sheriff's Deputy Felix Rubio, bottom right, is shown being restrained by brother officers from engaging Ramos"

gunnut, You were right in your earlier post.
How about accessory to murders? That probably goes further than terrorism. That is what they are after all, accessory to murder.
Or his choice of three of the hall monitors.
Hold on. Rubio is the officer who had a daughter inside and was prevented by police officers from going in.
Guy on the left with his hand on the wall and checking his iphone is the hand santizer cop again.
That boy is a real piece of work. First he sanitizes his hands and then goes over and leans against the wall and plays with his phone. One real loser.
The Thin Yellow Line.
Slightly off topic. I found this graphic interesting. The Left thinks that its the AWB. We know that's not the case. So what important thing happened in 2004? Facebook was founded. Twitter in 2006. I think there's a clear correlation that social media inspires copy cats.
One definition is an act of public firearm violence—excluding gang killings, domestic violence, or terrorist acts sponsored by an organization—in which a shooter kills at least four victims. Using this definition, one study found that nearly one-third of the world's public mass shootings between 1966 and 2012 (90 of 292 incidents) occurred in the United States.
My guess is he got spooked by the phone call, which he didn’t expect. He expected her to be dead but instead she managed to make a call while dying, so the least suspicious thing he could do was make the others “hold him back”, which he knew they would in light of the money at stake.
I haven’t read so far what the total payoff from the Feds will be, though with 20 dead kids I expect a number north of $200 mil.
If he had seriously attempted to intervene prematurely they would have had to shoot him and quickly work out a narrative as to why, or try to pin it on the “shooter” patsy. That might have been entertaining.
I recall reading that the “definition” of what constitutes a mass shooting has changed over the years. And is actually defined differently depending on who is doing the counting (Congressional committees, FBI, etc. even today).
Poorly written article.
so, the story about him being disarmed is true or false? Is he shown being disarmed in the video?
He was armed but he let them stop him from helping his wife. Her death is as much on him as it is on them.
What a freakin disaster.
Help just standing around in the hallway. The more info dribbled out, the worse the decisions made that day look.
Makes me nauseous and angry...
Which leads n me to believe that the order to stand down and let it happen is real
I must be missing something. From what I saw of the hallway video, he casually checked his phone, quickly put it back in his left front pants pocket and continued as before with no apparent change in body language.
Time now for criminal negligence charges against the supervisors in charge on scene that issued these ‘stand down’ orders.
No question in my mind this was an “op” .
