You got vaxxed with an experimental gene therapy because of a worst-case 50/100,000 chance of getting hospitalized???

The TV duped you into irrational fear.

I thought this statistic from your linked article was iteresting:

Out of 422,966 COVID-19 cases among those aged 18 years and older, 33.6% occurred in unvaccinated people, 13.3% in people who were vaccinated with a booster dose, and 53.2% in those who were vaccinated but did not receive a booster dose.
So, the largest cohort of infected people were those with the shot but no booster? They represented 58.3% more people than unvaccinated infected people.

Does this imply that the so-called "super spreaders" are really the people who got the shots but no boosters? They are the people walking amongst us most spreading the virus?

Correct. Note he says: “I feel” and “most likely.”

There is no science to backup what he is saying.

Second, I thought Rand Paul called him to task on this a few months ago? Fauci admitted at the time they have NO DATA to support the claim.

There are dozens and dozens of studies showing the same thing. The vaccines’ effectiveness against severe disease isn’t in question any longer.

I followed a regional medical center's covid website until early spring. They had info about how many people were hospitalized vaxed and unvaxed. When Omicron hit they deleted it when the vaxed/unvaxed rate were nearly equal.

If the vaccine is ineffective in getting or transmitting the virus, how would it prevent people from severe illness or death?

Locally I compared several weeks from May June July 2021 to same weeks in 2022. Range is 1.6 to 4.3 times MORE seniors hospitalized this year for Covid vs last year. Specifically week 20 1.66x; week 22 3.4x; week 24 4.3x; week 26 3.5x; week 27 2x day as many.

IMRCI (In Before Rand Corp Influencer). Our resident bot will inform us that a lack of data does't mean it doesn't work. LOL. Oh, and of course, with a few "anti-vaxxer cult" insults thrown in.

It does not protect well against that either. Very few get severe covid. If they protected, there would be no hospitalizations for those boosted.

These vaccines aren’t effective against a virus which they weren’t designed for?

Go figure.

Maybe we should try the measles vaccine.

Our county health department and hospitals don’t break down hospitalizations by age. I wish they did. They are just doing what the state and CDC tells them to do.

No. She was very fat which seems to be a major problem. Also had pre-diabetes, an undiagnosed coughing problem the previous 2 years, and high blood pressure.

I also think her living alone has a good deal to do with getting so sick.

She was an active person and seemed healthy.

Hospital I think was negligent. Only had her one night. Then hubby sent her back in ambulance several days later and she died within the day of them working her.

They are fine.

They may have effects like that but it’s not affecting them now.

You cannot prove you WOULD have been WORSE with no shot. Versus having the shots.

Especially since this disease is NOT the Black Plague, despite massive hysteria for 2 years. Many of us had minor problems even pre-vax. No reason to believe everyone would be hospitalized - even then, most were not.

That is fine as I stated. The point is the disease IS NOT THE BLACK PLAGUE.

Look at your chart. Looks scary. But the hospitalization rate is 50 per 100000? IOW, 5 per 10000 or .05%.

So what? Not worth all this hoo-hah.
