Actually I've seen several videos where these teenage thugs go into better neighborhoods up peoples driveways as they pull in , to steal their cars. Thieves and robbers are getting bolder and bolder today. Important people pay attention to their surroundings regardless of where they live.
As theirs very few people of color in this town ....I was at a Mexican Restaurant Sunday when about 20 Mexicans or whatever filed in....it was enough that the people I was with gave a heads up of caution. First time we'd observed that in this restaurant.

Not necessarily. Gangs pick out victims at public places and follow them home planning the attack for when the victims open their doors.

Certain elite areas in California are having robberies committed by thugs following them home after a meal or shopping.
