US and Israeli interests in that region are diverging, ultimately the US wants Iranian gas & oil back on the international market to make up for the loss of Russian energy because of the ongoing sanctions the US intends to keep on Russia. Obviously Israel isn’t happy with this situation, but the US just expects them to suck it up.
Don't confuse the Biden regime with America. If they cared about oil prices, they would increase production in the US. The Biden regime wants a foreign policy win and are deluded enough into thinking that they can make Iran agree to end its WMD program on the precipice of having enough weapons grade uranium for a nuke. He sabotaged sanctions against Russia to get IRan to the table for a deal that would protect Iran's WMD program. In so far as Iran is at war with America and their parliament chants "Death to America," this is literal treason.
