By all means, try to get a constitutional amendment passed. That is the right way to go about it.
Personally, I’ll oppose your crackpot proposed amendment with every fiber of my being and I don’t think it stands a snowball’s chance in hell of passing, but you’re welcome to try.
After reading through it....even among Democrats....I doubt if you’d get more than one-third of them to agree to the wording. It seems to go onto this being less of a freedom, and more of a limit (reminding me of prohibition).
