The fundamental basis for all of this is that certain factions of people have zero respect for honesty and integrity, and will do what they can get away with. They rationalize all kinds of reasons for allowing themselves to be dishonest and to break the law. Obama is a prime example. He is duplicitous, and feels justified in breaking whatever rules he feels need to be broken in order to achieve his delusional idea of justice.

Justice is never the child of dishonesty and deceit.
