I have read that that may not be correct. Like a contract to buy a house, he may possibly be forced to perform. A court will decide, and which court will that be?

There was an episode of the Paper Chase (s1 ep.3) in which Prof. Kingsfield introduces Specific Performance. The court ruled that a performer had to walk a tightrope over a gorge.
