Hmm. They should check with the CIA or NSA or FBI, you know, if any of them are in the illegal-drugs-trafficking-business.
And, if the "cartel" ever remotely gets around to paying 4.6 billion in fines, just how quickly they'll recoup their losses by selling even more drugs to the US?
