As usual, the Daily Mail only tells part of the story. John McCain began the hostilities between himself and Trump. In July 2015, Trump held a campaign rally in Phoenix, Arizona. McCain was upset because Trump didn’t kiss his hand, and get permission for it. McCain was interviewed about the rally a few days later. His quote is: “It’s very bad,” the Republican senator said. “This performance with our friend out in Phoenix is very hurtful to me,” McCain said. “Because what he did was he fired up the crazies.” Trump was asked about McCain’s comments a week later, and responded: ‘I like people who weren’t captured.’

Trump was asked about McCain’s comments a week later, and responded: ‘I like people who weren’t captured.’

That was a direct hit. Loved it...
