She won’t lose her primary, or won’t run as an independent?
I had her figured out when she wanted the Senate seat despite a decent incumbent. Kay Bailey pulled the same crap in Tx. She’s got a job somewhere in NATO but Cheney can only hope for an ambassadorship in a democrat administration.
Run as an independent. Wyoming only has about 20% democrats. Not only that but Harriet is a really great replacement. She has deep roots in Wyoming and is loved by her fellow ranchers.

A. Yes she will lose the primary.
B. No she won’t run as an independent because she can’t.
Wyoming, like most states, has a Sore Loser Law which means that someone losing a primary cannot run independently in the general election.
She’s toast.
