Canada is set to dispose of close to 13.6 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine due to not finding anyone either in the country or abroad willing to accept them.
In July 2021, the country committed itself to donating the rest of the stock it obtained, some 17.7 million doses.
However, Health Canada stated in a release that, despite the efforts, some 13.6 million doses expired, which will have to be disposed of.

I heard on some program yesterday that Canada led or was close to the top of nations in vaccinating as percentage of population. Now they are at the bottom for taking boosters. That’s an amazing turn around for such a nice and compliant people. There is hope out there.

A lot of the federally approved vaccinators in my neck of the woods are employees of public health departments.
