Probably true but won't be enough to make a difference in Texas. The issue probably moved the needle a bit with the Democrats especially with the suburban moms who may be leaning Republican. Ultimately, I think it's a wash because while the Republicans are losing ground with suburban moms, they'll gain votes with the Hispanics due to the economy.
