Wow, that is a briliant idea. Any of several variations on that would be incredible. I've often wished there was a way our federal tax dollars could filter through the State of Texas so the State could "garnish" part of it for what the federal government is supposed to be doing, but aren't doing (i.e.border control) or what they are doing that we don't want (any number of hundreds of things including enviro wackiness, forced wokeism, etc etc).
