Exporting a little crude doesn't matter. Refineries (those we have left) are running at over 90% capacity, so they can't use it anyway. Failure to build any new refining capacity (or even upgrade existing) is the problem. Why haven't we? Because who's going to invest $$$billions$$$ with a 25 year payout when the Government is aggressively acting to suppress the market for gasoline and diesel.
