I don't know that responding to lawlessness with lawlessness gets you anywhere. Especially since no judge would honor an indictment under a law that has an injunction against it that was upheld by the state Supreme Court.

The response I suggested is, in fact, lawful and should be undertaken. Lack of proper action by the courts is where the lawlessness comes in.
