Except we diddn't. Moscow Joe is slow walking it. I read within the last week that we have only spent $7 billion of the $40 billion that Congress authorized.
And it's not like we are sending cash. We are procuring weapons and sending those. Or more likely we are sending weapons from our stocks and ordering replacements probably newer models.
That would make sense, but it is still stupid and totally useless.
