You don't understand Soviet "Great Patriotic War" history. During and after the way, thye suppressed knowledge that Jews were specifically targetted. Meanwhile Stalin had arrested thousands of Jews, who had fled to the USSR. Jewish Tatars, w ho had survivied the Holocaust, where exiled to Siberia along side Tatars, who helped the Nazis. There is no contradiction. Bolsheviks are definitional antisemites, who sought the cultural genocide of Jews. So why would they care about full genocide? Stalin died while planning his own final solution, to the Jewish Question, a death march to Siberian imprisonment. The Soviets tried to destroy Israel right until 1990.
