I wonder how many homicides are unsolved in Chicago. It’s likely one of the easiest places in the world to get away with murder.
Chicago “clears” only 50% of their murders but half are those cases are “closed” without anyone being charged, meaning the cops know who did it but for whatever reason, can’t bring charges. Probably because last month’s murderer became last week’s homicide victim. Happens a lot in Chicongo.
