With Biden, the strategy is talk loudly and carry no stick.
Biden is all form over substance, and it comes thru in every one of his key cabinet picks; incompetent, but they check a box.
He’s an easy read for other world leaders. Biden talks big, but has no actual plan and hasn’t thought of an endgame. He’s like barroom drunk, threatening people with brash talk, but then tripping over his own feat landing face first on the floor.

Very good, Vlad HAS hobbled the West, the EU economy ( and ours) is being hammered. Russia is in need of nothing, food, energy, water, grain, commodities, metals,….they have what the west needs. This winter, the EU may find out what a real “Cold War” is.
