Blue states are well on their way to make insulting someone a major crime. He if it’s by accident by calling a man a man. Canada/UK already led the way on this.

So unless I’m wrong if you make it a Constitional right to select your gender, a man could decide to walk into any woman’s dressing area, etc and simply state they chose to identify as a woman.
