Butt-edge-edge seems to think putting new roads through lower value neighborhoods (e.g., $85,000 value per property) rather than through a neighborhood where the average property value may be $750,000 is somehow unintentionally racist and must be rectified, the concern for the taxpayers who have to foot the bill for the eminent domain costs be damned.
