I would be upset too.
They should be the number 1 worst city.
I think #2 was an homage to the physical excrement the city is swimming in.
I’m generally not a city fan but some of my favorite cities are in the top 10 list... er, though they are all hell holes with no electricity, running water or internet...stay far away.
To be fair, most Southern cities (and states) can’t manage snow.
Remember what happened in Virginia on I95 back in January.
Heavily. I live there. My son used to work at a major hotel in San Francisco as a concierge. He transferred to another branch down the coast. A lot less stress and drama.
Are you kidding me? Washington, DC isn’t only the worst for local government, it has even taken the worst nationally from Jimmy Carter.
If Washington DC didn’t get a massive payment from the Feds it would look like Zimbabwe in a week.

Yes I do or aclanta Georgeia in January 2011. But calamities always adversely affect the ill prepared (equipped) to a greater extent

I was about to post the same. The place is a effing crap hole. Democrat to the core. Whenever my wife was watching the news I would hear that there was a murder. I would tell my wife that it must be Durham. Sure enough. Which was almost nightly.
