Liz can’t lose her upcoming election by enough points to make me happy.
It is not Hutchinson’s personality that being assailed. It is her testimony. Like what happens in a real court that operates under due process rules instead of puerile internet insult contests like Cheney goes for. It is her sudden razor-sharp and detailed recollection of minor events of well over a year ago, after changing lawyers and after having previously testified 4 times WITHOUT such recollections. A pair of Secret Service agents, 20 year veterans contradicting her assertions, is not “anonymous sources”. But Cheney can’t tell the difference because she is so damn conservative she can tell you what to do and how to think. Liz made her calculation and decided to hang with the Dems, you know, just to show how conservative she is.
Cheney is a disgusting, filthy, power-mad piece of crap.
She must be it takes guts to LIE to Congress, the American people and the media.

Refusing to take the President to the location he wants to go to, particularly when it is as a part of a vital governmental function, and then effectively detaining him by taking him to another location involves multiple serious criminal acts by the Secret Service agents. Kidnapping a federal employee to start with, interfering with governmental operations, possibly sedition, and all the related conspiracy charges.
If taking a walk through the Capitol is enough to charge someone with interfering with government operations, then surely preventing the President from doing what he wanted to do as a part of his job is also interfering with government operations.
How brave is it when you can lie and the committee loves it?
