The Euros are fools to provoke Russian this way. But then, they are fools to support the Ukraine in the first place.

As a side note: The Russians shouldn’t be thee in the first place. It and Danzig rightfully belong to Germany.

The USA and several European governments have been trying up provoke Ww3 with Russia for several years.
Interfering with shipping or transit to this port city area of Russia is the stupidest — most obviously dangerous thing they’ve tried so far.
Get yourself prepared for wartime conditions. Firearms and the rest to protect yourself and home. Sone non- perishable food. Extra medications.

This report is based on a couple of unnamed sources in the EU bureaucracy. Lithuania has stated they don't care if the EU gives an exemption. They will apply the sanctions anyway as long as the war in Ukraine goes on.

"He said, however, that Lithuania had serious reservations about making what could be seen as a concession to Moscow."

In other words, there's no agreement with Lithuania at all.
