I can see where the court is coming from. To me, it makes it clear that Chief Executive fiats are only temporary. Our problem is that we have a Congress that is unwilling to write law to defend our border. We have a deep state and Resident that is unwilling to enforce existing law. And we have a Congress that is unwilling to provide oversight to the Resident and deep state.
The silver lining might be Daca, was that not an executive order as well? (Allowing Trump #2 to rescind it as well?)
